Hi seniors,

I need more insight on the visa process after living in the US when we go for stamping in india, what are the chances of rejection? what is place to be chosen for interview as we havent lived in india from past 3 years, can people who lived here and went to india for stamping share their experiences. Please help out this is my second post and im waiting for answers desperately

If possible go to Mexico for revalidation . My friend had been to Delhi consulate , they have nt asked him much questions .

Thanks, Mine is an H4 to H1 transfer case, this will be my first stamping for H1, my H4 is also stamped from delhi though my ppt was issued from Karnataka. So i decided of gng to Delhi instead of chennai, i guess this is possible, im not sure, and i have pay slips for last 1 year..i have been mainitaing my status and have all the documents. Incase the VO decides that i need to go to chennai, what should i be doing, can i immediatly do a walkin in chennai counsilate or i need to book another appointment again, i have only 4 weeks vacation. Can some one please help me on this?
