Transfer of H1B

Hi,

I would like to know the process to transfer H1B from current organization(got the offer from USA organization) to new organization (exsiting organization have office in USA).

Although, I've never been to USA on H1B from the organization who filed my H1B Visa.

Is it possible to get the Visa transfer in this scenario?

In your case this would not be a raditional transfer that allows work for new employer before H1 gets approved.

If you have the H1 papers then the company will apply for a new H1 claiming cap-exemption as you have been counted against the cap in last 6 years (assuming you got H1 in the last 6 years).

Once the H1 is approved and you have the petition then you can fly out there after getting a stamp if the prev is expired or was never stamped.
if the prev stamp is current at the time of flight then you can just present the new approval at POE.
