221 (g) docs

Hi all,
I attended the visa interview and was issued 221(g)
I was asked to submit almost all the docs. When i contacted my employer, they have sent me many docs.
My doubt is:
Are the Unemployment Wage Reports called as FORM 941??

My employer has sent some documents when I asked Unemployment Wage Reports.
The docs which they have sent are not any govt papers. They are jus printouts which has lot of numbers (details of the wage reports for past 3 quarters)
Are these enough? Or we need to submit FORM 941?

Pls Help.
