Pls suggest - H4 or H1 interview for wife

Hi All,

I got my H1 Approval this year and I have also applied for my wife's H1 through the same company but she didnt get her approval yet and the company have already answered 2 queries till now for the approval and we are waiting for INS decision after answering the second query.

My wife works with a good MNC here in india but now i am planning to attend for my H1 along with my wife for her H4 at the same time in Dec/Jan. I have taken this decision as my wife's H1 approval is still pending and also she already got 2 queries before approval of H1 papers(to avoid taking any chances in the visa interview). Later we can apply for change of status from H4 to H1 after her H1 papers got approval.

Is this OK or will it be a problem in future to change the status from H4 to H1 or my another query is as she is having good experience here in india, shall we take H1 for my wife also after her papers got approval. Pls suggest

Please clarify my Question to go ahead for visa interview and plan the strategy. And also please guide me to handle the situation in a better way than this.

---- You should be able to apply for the H4 of your wife and let her come to the US on H4. Later you can apply for a COS once the H1 matters are cleared. If your wife awaits for the H1 papers that may take ages
