I have and my wife have our old company visa and i-94 valid till 03-Dec'05 .
I changed my employer and also got my H1B approval notice with new I-94 .
Problem is they didn't file my wife h4 papers. so she didn't get a approval notice.
We both are leaving to india and will be coming back
with using old company visa which is valid till 03-dec'05 .
Is it possible ?
Will there be any questions at the Port of Entry ?
