Lost Approval Notice

Hi,

I have an I-797 approved petition which is valid till 03/08/2010.

Unfortunately my original I-797 approved petition has been misplaced but I have the copy of the approved petition. I have a ticket to come to India on Jan 15th.

I do not have the advance parole but I have an Employment Authorization Card (EAD).

Can I use my EAD card and my photocopy of my approved petition to get the visa till 03/08/2010 ?

---- Your EAD should be good for getting the Visa. Photocopy of the H1 approval notice is not needed as the EAD supecedes H1 in your case
