H4 Revalidation in Chennai....Suggestions please

My 2002 and 2003 earning were less than the LCA.Chennai consulate is asking for all year w2s and TAX returns.Just wondering what will happen if I submit all the documents with the above problem. Will my wife get visa?.Any one in the similar situation got the H4 visa?.

Thank You very much for your reply. If nothing happens, I am going to return to my home.
Hope lots of people might have gone through this situation since 2002&2003 was not good time period. Is there anybody came over from this situation?
