what is the procedure for transfer from L1b to H1b

How did you get your H1b papers - through change of status form L1 to H1 or fresh H1 (without I 94 attached to approved H1 notoce) ?

what is the procedure form L1B TO H1B .....?

Hi

Recently i came to USA and before i mean when i am in india i got H1B papers.
Now i have H1B papers and i have L1B I94 in my passport.
My question is how to change form L1B I94 to H1B I94 ?
Whether i have to to india or what is the procedure.......?

Please talk to your H1B petitioner if they can do the COS. if not then you can talk to some attorney to get some advice. If nothing works then the only option would be to go out of USA, get the H1B stamped and then come back to USA with H1B in I94.
