Hello there,
I am a US citizen and I am sponsoring Green card for my parents. They will get their green card by Feb 2008. I am starting a business (Grocery store) and planning to have my father manage the store. He can not alone manage the store because he is too old(75 years). I am planning to bring my brother in law who has good experience in this business. How can I sponsor visa for him and what category should I be applying for him. what are the chances of getting him a visa for him.
Do I have to go through an Attorney to file for a petition or can I do it myself?
Any help appreciated.
