Entry of an H4 wife to the US

My name is Binu and I live in Virginia with my wife who is on H4 visa. She's in India now and her return ticket to the US is on the 23rd of July. Both mine and my wife's passports have visa valid till Nov 2005. But I changed my employer recently but have not received the new approval documents yet. Would it be possible for her to enter the US with the old visa stamping and the associated H1 approval documents ?
