All,
I am in US on H1B visa.
Today I realized that my mother name in my passport and all my visa document is not correct. I am soon applying for my GC and for that, I applied my birth certificate and then I realised that my mother name is not correct in my passport and I filled the same info in all my visa docs.
The problem now is that my mother's name is:
Name in my passport and visa docs: Meena Sharma
Actual Name of my mother: Meena Kumari
Could anyone suggest how to get the last name corrected in passport and my visa (H1B) documents?
Is it possible to keep a notorized document that my mother's last name is Kumari and dont need to get it changed in passport and visa docs?
Please advice.
