hie ,
i have L2 with EAD and working right now . I want my employer to file for H1 for which he is willing to .
My Q is if my H1 get rejected do i still carry L2 with EAD or that status is lost?
If my H1 gets approved then my l2 gets cancelled , but in case will there be some period when i cannot legaly work??
