    H1 stamping, 2nd attempt

    Hello,

    My friend has recently went for H1 stamping in India(chennai) and unfortunately got rejected.

    He is going for a second attempt in 2 weeks (calcutta).

    What r the chances for getting his visa stamped on the second attempt.

    Would welcome any replies.

    Was this the first time he was getting an H1 visa or did he have any visa before?

      he has an H1 visa...he went to india for stamping...he got his visa 6 months back...
