    H1 visa validity

    Hi,
    I have a valid visa till March 30th, 2008. and my petition is valid till Sep 30, 2009.

    I have a plan to go to India on March 1st and come back to US on March 14th 2008. Is it OK to travel on March 14th .... as my visa will expire soon on march 30th 2008.

    Please suggest.
