H1 Transfer Query

Hi

I have been here for almost a month now. I wish to go for H1 Transfer. Can somebody let me know if it is possible now. My situation is:


1.Its been 25 days to be precise.
2.No Pay stubs as yet.
3.No Project Allocation

Please let me know as soon as possible as I am getting an opportunity to work for a company Full Time.

If you have a job offer, you can go ahead to file H1 transfer without a paystub. Worst scenario is, you may get fresh H1 approval for that you may have to go out of US again to get H1 visa stamped in your passport to get started with your new employer. But you have to do it immediately, wait more months make the transfer complicated
