Tips: How to choose your h1b employer/h1b petitioner/sponsor w.r.t my experience!!!

    Be careful abt bogus firms/consultants

Check with employer that, will they give proper documents for visa interviews.

    Go thro below link
https://www.immihelp.com/h1-visa-stamping-documents/ Check the petitioner (employer) details. If they agree of giving all the documents then only go ahead...

Else no use of going with employer thinking of just less deposit amount

Check Documents that required for visa stamping interview will be given to you:
    1. Client Letter- incase they tell u will be working in client place OR if it is in-house project. Then project description letter- go thro below link for example of that letter http://www. ******** .comhttps://www...ientletter.pdf
    2. Itinerary of Services for Client
    3. Market Analysis Report
    4) Go to this PDF and see the checked items in the left side of form
    http://www. ******** .comhttps://www...e_workvisa.pdf

The above mentioned documents/details r the most common documents Des days u need to carry for h1b visa interview. Else u land up in problem getting visa stamped.

Also while submitting deposit, make sure of below points:-
    1) Make sure Ur friend/relative knows the employer very well and someone working with them!
    2) Deposit in the form of DD/bank transfer. So that you can records of payment. Go personally to hand-over DD in their Indian branch.
    3) Also collect acknowledgment for receipt of deposit and get the letter that how & when they will return back that deposit in INR or $
Important: incase lottery system is again repeated & Ur case wont get selected then deposit will be refunded or not. If yes include that in Ur acknowledgment letter.
    4) Is there any legal bond btw u & employer...If yes then check b4 paying money...if no then tell him to give in written that no force will be held on u to sign a bond later
    5) Till you get project/client in USA, who will take care of u stay/food/trip-cancellation-insurance/basic expenses/relocation charges.
    6) Flight charge!!
    7) How abt the bench salary until u get project?
Insurance amount you need to pay after getting client
    8) Benefits, salary review

You need to keep above points in mind before deciding …That’s for job & deposit security too.

Hopefully these tips will help u lot!!!!

    All the best!!!
