I am in permanent position with my employer and h1b is filed by them. I am trying to move to a new company which is offerning a permanet position and transfer of h1b
I want to know
1. what are the chances of getting h1b transferred smoothly. since it is a new company
2. if a query comes while the transfer is applied and im working for new company which can not be answered do i got out of status.
3. at the same time can 2 companies apply for h1b transfer
