H4 visa travel issue its urgent

My husband is on H1B visa and he has changed employer and we have not received approval of his visa. but we got approval of my H4 visa on paper. and i have H4 visa valid till OCT 2008 of old employer.
i have to goto india in january. its urgent. can i goto india?

As long as you have your H4 visa stamp in your pp and it is valid you can travel but your spouse must be in H1 status during your travel(having valid I 94 card).

but My husband has not received approval of his H1 visa of new employer. but i got approval of H4 on paper thn also i can go to india. i have H4 valid visa of old employer.
