Here is a list of employers who are black-listed by USCIS. I think this will be helpful for job-seekers.

Note that you can even do your search on google and other blogs which may list out bad employers.

Thanks for posting this. But I would like add that these employers are such scruplous people that if their comapny is debarred then they start-up the same company by another name, so you can imagine the consequences.

I agree. Orion there was another blog ,somebody created and that had a list of companies and the former employees had given their experiences.I am sure I saw it on this site. Any idea where that post is?

We have many members posting about bad employers resorting to all kind of activities which are considered unlawful. Is it possible to consolidate this list, and collect it all in one thread and may be make it a sticky so that all members get benefited? Thanks a lot.
