  • Subramanya please give some advice

    Hi
I am waiting for the h1 papers from my employer. Last week I got the information from my employer that the company partnership got splitted and also the one of the partner will be responsibile for my h1. But the issue is the partner which i will be joining ,changed the company name and the other partner taken the old company name. My current employer told me that he will be getting the "INA" for the new company from the government to make everything leagal. My employer told me that he will send the required documnet specifying the change in company name.

My worry is do it will affect my current H1. Since before my interview my company name got changed etc etc. How it will be taken while my H1 interview.

    Please reply
    Regards
    Vinayak

---- You have a legal copy of the change of name for the employer and also have the employer get it notarized to be presented to the US Consulate, else it becomes a case of fradulent representation of the employer and the company
