I am currently on an L2 visa in the US and I have applied for my L2 EAD. It is valid till August 2008. I can start working for any firm once my EAD is approved.
a) If the firm applies for an H1B this year, when can I start working on the H1B?
b) Do I have to go back to India in August 2008 and wait until October 1, 2008 to return on the H1B?
c) Can I continue working for the firm once the H1B petition approval comes through?
