    H4 TO H1 need H4 approval paper

    My H4 visa expired on Feb 1-2004 and i filed for H4 extension on 23 of Feb 2004.Now i filed for H1 under 2005 quota
    Immediatrly after 1 week i got query stating that they need a
    H4 approval paper Right know i dont have that my H4 is under process how can i solve this problem.If anybody knows please help me
