L2-H1, chances of stamping?

i came to US on L2 and am on H1 since Oct 2007 which is a COS...my qn. is if i go to my home country i know i shld get a stamp in order to reenter--- what are my chances of getting visa stamped on my passport..will there be any rejections or query kindaaa in the next 3 to 4 months..n will my previous L2 visa gets cancelled?

guys please gimme any advice...my home country is India n i shld attend @ Chennai as per rules..seeing all the query/rejection rates ppl get these days..am jus extending my hand for any kind of advice...thanQ

If you are on H1 with a good and well established organization and have the right documentation you should be fine.Go prepared.Chances of getting stamped...we can never tell. I got my h1 stamped recently with no issues and saw others also.this was at chennai.just have the right documents and original stuff...you should be fine.good luck!
