Hi All,
I need some help deciding where to stamp my H-1B
I transfered from F-1 to H-1B in June 2006
I-94 attached to my passport doesn't say any date of expire but on the entry stamp it say F-1 D/S
Does it means that it will expire with my F-1 (F-1 expiration date is 10June2006)?
I never traveled out of US till now.
I am planning to get my H-1B stamped from Mexico(Tijuana) or Mumbai. For work trip to India.
If I go to Mexico and for some reason they give me 221g then Will I be able to get back in US?
I read on some posts that at the entry gates they allow if your I-94 is valid.
I really appreciate your help.
Thanks in advance.
