    L1 to H1 Conversation

    Hi,

    I have already spent 4.5 years on L1B and now i will go to India and stamp my H1B and come back to USA. In that case can i stay again 6 years of H1B or i can stay only 1.5 years on H1B since i had a continuous stay in USA for past 4.5 years. Please help me on this.
