I would greatly appreciate some help! I am currently on VWP and have now the possibility of work. The prospective employer is unsure of the process also. Am I in a good or bad position right now trying to change status from VWp to work? I do not possess a degree which seems to be the main criteria of a H1 visa. I only have 7yrs in my administrative field.
I really want to relocate as my b/friend is living here but we do not want to have to go the "marriage" route as of yet. We are committed but I would really like to gain legal employment on my own terms.
