Hi all,
I got my H1B approval in December 2006 and got the Visa stamped in the same month/year. But my employer said that he by mistake sent for cancellation of my Visa to US immigration and so he cannot have me in the US. But the company I was working for deputed me in the US on L1 Visa.
The question I have is, Can a H1B visa be cancelled or revoked? If yes, Can I get it revalidated?
Can the H1B visa, if not cancelled or revoked, be transferred to another company. But I dont have any paystubs from the company that got H1B visa for me, as I never worked for/joined that company.
