my H1 is expiring in July 2004. I have I-140 and I-485 filed in the month of march 2004.
My questions
1. do I need to extension my H1? I heard that when we file 485, we also submit the work permit along with that.
2. do I need to get another Labor clearance, in case I have to extend my H1? if yes, how can I apply for Labor clearance?
3. what documents do I need to have for H1 extension
