I am hearing the rumours that the US job markets are hit by the US economy slowdown. But being in India I am not sure what is actually happening over there ? If somebody can tell us the real facts then it will be really good for the H1B consultants.
Also I have the following question.
If somebody goes on H1B and if things don't go as expected (thet is that somebody does not get a job) and plans to retrun to India, then is the H1B becomes void ? Or he can use the same H1B (both petition and stamping and travel to US later) ?
