l1 -h1 subramanya Please help urgent

I was working in USA for company A in L1 and came back recently and l1 is already expired. When i was in US i applied for H1 petiton(year 2006) through company B and got it approved.

I havent got my H1 stamped yet. But i was asked to goto L1 interview from company A again.

Question:
- Am i eligible to goto L1 even thought i have valid H1 petition?.
- If Yes will my H1 petition will be vaild still?
- Can i atttend H1 interview in later stage after my L1 interview and wat will happen to my L1?.
- If i get my h1 rejected will my l1 be valid still?

In summary all you wnat to do is keep L1 and H1, get the Passport stamped with respective L1 and H1 Visas. if anyting happens to either of them you want to fall back on one of them adn continue your stay in the US

One Visa will not be rejected becasue of the other. Each Visa and its category are considered to be individual applications and treated as such, as the intent and the purpose of each Visa and its class are different
