Hi all,
our h1 expires on july 7th 2008 and visa validity is till this date..
but 1-94 was give till 2008 feb 25 since pasport expires on this day..
india travel is mandatory around feb 20th...also applied for h1 extension on jan 24th 2007.
1. what are the consequences if my h1 extension is approved while we were in india.
2. would there be any problem at port of entry.
