I am in USA on H1 Visa and my wife is on H4. My project would be ending in June end. After the project is over, my company wants me back in India. So, I would be out of company payroll immediately after that which in turn would cancel our stay. Also my wife is expecting in august.
My question is that, would it be possible for both, me and my wife, to stay here for those extra 2 months by getting some kind of extension. The reason is that the airlines do not allow to fly in the last 2 months of pregnancy.
Please suggest.
