I will be applying for h1 in march after my residency match result. i will be tavelling outside India for tour and will not be here till end of april. i have to join in july.
i need to know will that efect my h1 process as i will be travelling?

---- Yes, in general it is considered that you hava abondoned your H1 aplication when you leave the US while your H1 application is in process. Your official/personal trips outside the US have nothing to do with the application

---- The option is to apply for premium processing wait for the result and then move out of US. However while returning back to US you should have a H1 Visa stamp in order to continue to work for the employer

but i wont be in US, infact i am right now in india and will be travelling abroad when my H1 will be filed. will that effect my application that i will not be in india i.e. my country of origin/home

---- When you are outside the country and filng your H1, the USCIS is not worrried or concerned about it. To which other countries you travel is in your personal interest
