On 02/17/2004, US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that the 65,000 H1B visa cap was reached and "After today, USCIS will not accept any new H-1B petitions for first-time employment subject to the FY 2004 annual cap."
That means even you could find a job but you couldn't get it since you cannot get H1B visa anymore untill 10/01/2004. That is a really bad news for those who solely rely on H1B visa.
