Question on selection of H1 applications

I just wanted to know when USCIS going to complete the selection of the applications based on random computer based selection. I have asked same questions to my consultants, but they don’t know anything about it. Could you please give me the time line of H1 processing?

For Immigration Year 2009 [ Oct 1, 2008 to Sep 30, 2009], quota start from April 1, 2008. May get exhausted like last year on the same day.

Plan it immediately.
