My wife and son (4 months old) are going for the H4 visa interview. I am still in India and have H1B visa stamped on my passport.
My question is :
Do I need to go inside the consulate along with my wife and son (though I am not applying for the visa.. as my visa is already stamped) ?
Somewhere I read that for minor child both the parents need to be present if both of them are in India .
Can somebody please clarify ?
