Hello,
the new H1B approval notice i got has a one-letter mistake in my last name(an "e" instead of "a").My employer has contacted INS with a written request since it was a mistake on thier part,but no response since more than 2 months .I need to revalidate/stamp this visa on my passport but was not sure if i should send it with the incorrect name.Has anyone encountered this before?Is there any other solution other than wait for INS to correct it and send the papers?Please advise.
