H1 Visa Transfer

Dear Sir,

I have a valid H1 B stamped (valid until Mar 2009) from my current employer, which is an Indian IT company. However my employer is not in a position to send me to US right now, So I am in India. Can I transfer my visa if I get a job in another company?

I have B1 visa valid till May 2015 with no annotation.
