H1 Transfer question

Hi,

I am currently on H1B visa for company A which expires
0ct-2008. I've recently got H1 transfer to another company B which expires Apr-2010, so I don't have the stamp yet. I have visa stamp for company A, I will be going out of USA this Jun-2007, can I renter to US with my company A visa which is still valid? If so do I have
to show both the petitions and explain the officer that I've got H1 tansfer done recently. Will the I-94 expiry be of company A (0ct-2008) or
company B (Apr-2010)

You just carry the passport with stamp from company A and H1 approval
through company B.

Your I-94 will be according to H1 approval through company B.
