Got H1-B last in 2007 and planning to go USA this year

Hi All,

I have got H1-B last year (Feb 2007). But i couldnt go to USA as i have few personal commitments. Now i am planning to go USA in April 2008.
My employer has agreed for the same.

Will there be any problems in this kind of situation ?
I mean do the immigration officers questions me regarding my late journey to USA ?

As long as your employer who originally sponsored your visa has kept the job open for you, you are good; Carry all those docs to prove at the POE.

I did the same thing i got my visa in 2006 and came to us end of 2007. As long as your employer is ok you can enter and keep your docs ready and also focus on port of entry.
