visa refusal on P6c1

Hi there.,

my US visa application was refused under P6c1 clause., i had willingly produced forged documents at the time of my visa application(f1)-jan.2003.., now i am getting married to my girlfriend who is in USA for the
past 5yrs on H1B.., Please suggest what are the chances of getting an H4 and are there any alternatives (like hiring a lawyer..,) please suggest.,

Good day , im Dennis M. Raymundo from Philippines, im a beneficiary of my mom.. she petitioned me in F2B category, I had an interview last Sept 21, 2010 in US Embasssy Philippines but the consular officer refused to give me a visa.. The officer wrote P6C1 hit to the papers.. what is the meaning of this? I remember that I apply for a visit visa last 2000 and the unfortunately I was caught by an illegal recruiter.. I applied again on 2004 and the officer denied me again but all of my papers was legal already.. I think the officer saw all of these in their database…. What should I do? Pls help me… God Bless...
