First of all Thanks for the nice site helping many peoples. Second don't publish actual name.
I am living in USA(H1 initially- GC came 10/10/02) with wife and 2 children (one born here)- had one Misdemeanor (obtain 15$ stuff from store without paying but later expunged after social service for 50 hours) and one DUI/DWI (auto accident)
so my question is
1) Am I eligible to get citizenship ? what date ?
2) Can there be any problem due to above history ? or with above history not possible to obtain citizenship ?
3) Do you help to get citizenship ?
4) How much it will cost for me, my wife, son (10 years old - do we need to apply for him too ?) citizenship service ?
5) Or I should not apply for citizenship and stay on GC only, while applying citizenship for wife and son (Daughter born here so she is citizen by birth)
and last 6) with above history how much difference is make to file on your own and between getting attorney ? I mean any surety I will get citizenship with good attorney ?
