Hello all
My wife went to apply for h4 visa at Istanbul consulate and her application was denied. The officer told her that they want the original i-129 petition and a letter from my company stating that they aware she will join me in the US.
This is strange since I had sent her all the documents including a certified copy of the I-129 petition. I had also sent her the original I-797A approval notice from my H-1.
How can i send the original i-129? immigration has the original.
