My Fiance got H1-B visa in this April. We were planning to get married in this October. But seems somewhat difficult. Can you please tell me as when he can come to India for the first time as per rules. What is the contribution of his Company.Can he come anytime after 2nd October, 2007 or he require any pay stubs.
