H4 to F1

Hello.

I have a question regarding my H4 status. I have an admission for a master degree from Temple University School of Law. Can I begin my LLM with my H4 visa (be a part time student) and change my visa to a F1 visa during the LLM year (and then be a full time student)? Do you think it is possible? If yes, will this change during the LLM year affect my OPT rights?
