Hi,
I am in a very critical situation currently. I was laid off on April 11th, 2007 and though I am searching for alternate employment but I do not have anything currently with me.
I am making my mind, slowly, to go back to India. In that situation I heard from my employer - who laid me off that they would only reimburse me for my journey back to India, but not for my dependants.
Is there any law that enforces them to provide return fares for my dependants (my wife and daughter) ? I am based out of NJ and my LCA is based in NJ too. Please let me know at the earliest.
