I have to fill out my I-485 and G-325A
1) Would you be so kind as to inform me about the box I should mark in Part 2 of the I-485 if I apply for the green card concurrently with my husband who submits his I-485 together with his employer’s I-140? Should it be box “b” or “h” with explanation?
2) What a nonimmigrant Visa Number is? If I came and have lived in USA on H-4 status, is H-4 this nonimmigrant visa number (Part 3 of the I-485)
3) Do questions in Part 3 of the I-485 refer to an entry visa on which I came to the U.S. or to my current status in U.S.?
4) Let me know if I should write my I-94 # in the bottom of the G-325A under: Alien Registration Number if I do not have such an alien registration number?
