    L1 to H1 Conversion

    Hi,

    I have applied for H1 thru company A in 2007 and it got approved, but I am YET TO GO for H1B Visa stamping. In the meantime, company B processed L1 and I came to US in Dec'2007 on L1.

    Now iam planning to swith from L1 to H1. Can i swith to H1 witth out attending visa interview as i have valid I 94 till 2010? Kindly suggest me.
