L2 Ead-h1-l2

Hi all,

i was on L2 EAD from Dec 2006 to Sept 2007..am on H1 from Oct 1st 2007(not COS) working from the day one(contract till this Sept)..want to know whether i can COS to L2 visa(have valid stamp till 2009 if at any time i dont have project after Sept/due to some personal reasons to avoid out of status...

L2 visa valid till: Feb 11th 2009(provided extension is +ve therafter)
no H1 stamping done in my passport...as it is COS and i didnt go out of US anytime till now nor i will go till may 2009

---- Yes, you can provided the L1 is valid and effective at the time of your application
