    Spelling mistake on I-797

    HI,
    There is a minor spelling mistake on my I-797 by BCIS. Is this a big issue. I have to go to India to get the visa stamped and dont have much time to get the corrected I-797 (apparently it takes at least 4 months). My immigration attorneys told me that this happens all the time and is no big deal. Can someone suggest what I should do?
